*We have a 30 day return policy on all our jewelry if you are not satisfied with what you purchase.
*Road damaged or delivery mishandled jewelry must be returned promptly upon noticing any damage, within 30 days. We will refund or give you store credit which ever you may prefer.
*All customized or altered jewelry are nonreturnable nor refundable. This includes; Rings, Chains, Bracelets and Pendants that are altered either by engravings, resizing or other special design requests by customers.
*Jewelry Over 30 days from ordering date or damaged by the customer is no longer our responsibility.
*All our original unmodified Jewelry including Rings in Standard sizes are fully guaranteed, returnable and refundable.
*If you simply didn’t like the jewelry you purchased please return it in new condition within 30 days for store credit, exchange for something of same value or refund.
